Roles Description: Responsible for co-ordinating and communicating the systemic creation and Shipments of Orders in a timely manner.

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Key Duties: – Spares / Warranty Management

– Sales Order Management

– Pre Shipment

– Logistics

Reporting Requirements: – Maintain Log of outstanding Spares

– Create Production Report weekly –

– Email Accounts to inform on all shipments.

Competency Requirement – At least 5 years’ experience in a logistic environment.

– Familiar with ERP systems.

– Strong IT skills.

– Good inter personnel skills (customer facing).
