Senior QA Engineer

Our client, a Tier 1 Contractor, requires a Senior Engineer for a residential building project in Dublin. There is a junior engineer for setting out already in place. You will be responsible for the QA on external finishes, BCAR, managing the junior engineer etc

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring all details on drawings and specifications are adhered to;
  • Oversee quality control and assist with safety measures on site;
  • Resolve unexpected technical challenges and deal with any problems which may arise;
  • Supervising and monitoring the site labour force along with liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors etc.;
  • Attend site meetings;

The successful candidate will have:

  • Senior Engineer experience on construction projects in Ireland or the UK
  • Experience managing projects from start to completion
  • The right to work in the EU
