Regional Business Manager (Dublin Region)

We are seeking a Regional Business Manager to join our client team, based near the Dublin region. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations within the Republic of Ireland, with a key focus on building and maintaining relationships across a range of target audiences. These include:

• Architects
• Merchants
• Main contractors
• Roofing subcontractors
• Distributors

This is a field-based role that involves managing existing accounts while also driving demand through specifications for well-established natural roofing slate brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales operations in ROI.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders such as architects and contractors.
• Generate new business opportunities and increase product demand.
• Manage accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.

This role also offers significant growth potential. Based on performance, the position could develop into a senior management role with responsibility for growing and managing a sales team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in the construction industry, preferably with exposure to roofing products or building materials.
• Strong knowledge of the Republic of Ireland market, particularly in dealing with architects, contractors, and distributors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within ROI.
• Experience in managing accounts and driving new business development.

Package:

• Salary: €60k-€70k gross per annum
• Vehicle Allowance: €500 net per month
• Commission: Up to €20k
• Working schedule: 4 days on the road, 1 day working from home
