roject Manager – Off‑Site Residential & Commercial Delivery (Longford)
We’re looking for a driven Project Manager to take the lead on a portfolio of off‑site construction projects delivered using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and Light Gauge Steel (LGS) systems. If you’re passionate about high‑quality delivery, enjoy coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and thrive in a fast‑moving environment, this role will suit you perfectly.
The Opportunity
As Project Manager, you’ll oversee projects from early design through factory production, installation, and final handover. You’ll be the central link between design, engineering, manufacturing, site operations, and clients — ensuring projects run safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
This is a chance to work with a market‑leading MMC provider operating from a state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility, delivering sustainable, precision‑engineered buildings with significantly reduced programme durations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning projects end to end, from early design and factory production through site installation and handover.
- Driving alignment across design, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and site teams to keep delivery smooth and on programme.
- Managing budgets, variations, risks, and commercial performance while maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Reviewing technical details and coordinating design changes to ensure accuracy, buildability, and seamless integration with MMC/LGS systems.
Essential
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, engineering, or off‑site/modular delivery.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and programme management.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across design, manufacturing, and site operations.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Full, clean driving licence.
Desirable
- Experience with MMC, LGS, structural steel, or prefabricated systems.
- Background in residential or mixed‑use developments.
- Familiarity with BCAR, NZEB, and Irish Building Regulations.
- Degree or third‑level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience delivering projects for public‑sector or housing clients.
Why Join This Team
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- Long‑term career progression within a growing, innovative organisation.
- Exposure to cutting‑edge construction methods and large‑scale residential delivery.
- A collaborative, supportive environment where your impact is visible.
