External Insulation Operative (€19 per hour)
We are seeking a skilled and reliable External Insulation Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will work on residential and commercial projects, delivering high-quality external insulation and render finishes in line with NSAI standards.
Responsibilities
- Carry out enabling works such as adjusting pipework, lighting, and removing window reveals.
- Install insulation boards, fixings, beads, mesh, and base coats in line with system and NSAI S.R. 54:2014 guidelines.
- Apply a range of render finishes including acrylic, silicone, and dry dash.
- Fit window sills, cappings, and complete all finishing works to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Work safely at height and follow all Health & Safety procedures.
Requirements
- Valid Manual Handling certificates.
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in external insulation, plastering, or façade systems.
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed to professional workmanship.
- Comfortable working outdoors and at height.
- Basic level of English language proficiency required.
