Finishing Manager – Large-Scale Apartment Development

Ward Personnel is recruiting a Finishing Manager on behalf of a Tier 1 contractor for a landmark 702-unit apartment development across 8 blocks in Dublin’s Docklands.

This is a high-profile project requiring a detail-oriented professional with a strong track record in finishing works on large-scale residential builds.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all finishing stages including snagging, handover, and quality control
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure high standards of workmanship
• Ensure timely delivery of units in line with programme targets
• Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and client representatives
• Maintain site documentation and manage inspections and compliance

Ideal Candidate
• 5+ years’ experience in finishing management on large residential projects
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Experience working with Tier 1 contractors preferred
• Ability to manage multiple blocks and teams simultaneously
• Health & Safety focused with strong organisational skills
