We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a major Data Centre construction project in Berlin, Germany. Due to the scale and strategic importance of this development, we are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction or mission-critical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including M&E contractors, construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure project delivery in line with agreed schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks and issues.
- Maintain compliance with company procedures, industry regulations, and health & safety requirements.
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale industrial, infrastructure, or data centre projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
- Relevant technical, engineering, or construction-related degree.
- Good command of English; German language skills would be an advantage.
