Sprinkler Supervisor – Dresden

We are currently hiring a Sprinkler Supervisor for a large construction project in Dresden, Germany.

The successful candidate will supervise a team of approximately 10 operatives, coordinate daily works, and ensure all fire protection activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standard.

Accommodation and transportation will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a team of approximately 10 operatives
• Plan and organise daily works on site
• Coordinate with the Project and Design teams
• Read and work from technical and installation drawings
• Ensure fire protection systems are installed correctly and according to project requirements
• Carry out surveys and assist with planning and coordination of works
• Be competent in draining and refilling systems
• Have knowledge of fire pumps and related fire alarm systems
• Monitor progress and ensure works are completed within agreed deadlines
• Liaise with site management, clients, and other contractors
• Attend meetings and provide regular progress updates
• Manage work independently and use initiative to resolve site issues
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with health and safety requirements

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sprinkler Supervisor or strong experience in fire protection systems
• Experience supervising and leading a team
• Good knowledge of sprinkler and fire protection systems
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Previous construction site experience
• Safe Pass / Manual Handling or equivalent
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Flexible approach to working hours when required
