Our client, a well established Cork based contractor, is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor ideally with civils experience to oversee construction projects in the Cork area. This a permanent position with a view to becoming an integral part of the company going forward.
Job Description: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful financial management of our construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate and timely cost advice, cost planning, and commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.
The successful candidate would be working alongside the commercial manager and would be provided with adequate training and mentorship to become an integral part of the company going forward.
