Our client, a top building contractor, requires a Site Manager to look after a building project with a large block of apartments in Limerick City and County.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management, coordination and monitoring of the site labour force and specialist subcontractors.
- Assist the Project team to monitor progress to meet agreed programme targets.
- Ensure works are delivered to the highest possible quality standards
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Work closely with supply chain and subcontractors to maintain positive relationships and culture on the ground.
The successful candidate will have:
- Site management experience on construction projects in Ireland or the UK
- Demonstrated ability to see projects through from start to finish
- Previous experience working for a main contractor
- From either a trades or professional background
- The right to work in the EU
