About the Company

Our client a highly successful tier 1 contractor has a need for an immediately available Site Manager. This is a 3 month contract with the possibility of it going permanent. The site is based in Dublin 1 and it comprises of 702 apartments across eight blocks, with heights ranging from 8 to 18 storeys, and offers bespoke amenities including gyms, working areas, a cultural building, and vibrant landscaped spaces.

About the Role

They now require an experienced Site Manager to look after an external package of work to include hard scaping, paving and finishes.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management, coordination and monitoring of the site labour force and specialist subcontractors
• Assist the Project team to monitor progress to meet agreed programme targets
• Ensure works are delivered to the highest possible quality standards
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times
• Work closely with supply chain and subcontractors to maintain positive relationships and culture on the ground

Qualifications

• 7-10 years’ Site Management experience
• Previous Main Contractor experience ideally large-scale commercial/mixed-use development projects experience beneficial
• Third level qualification or Trades background (Excellent knowledge of Trades)

• Excellent delegation and organisational skills
• Ability to work well within a team and to collaborate with others

Pay range and compensation package

This is a 3 month contract with the possibility of it going permanent. Competitive hourly rate on offer.
