Finishing Supervisor – Residential Projects

Location: Tallaght & Ashtown, Dublin Industry: Residential Construction | Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Our client, a top Tier 1 contractor, is currently seeking two experienced Finishing Supervisors to join residential projects located in Tallaght and Ashtown, Dublin. These roles are ideal for professionals with a strong background in internal finishes and final handover preparation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finishing works including internals, snagging, and handover coordination
• Manage subcontractors and ensure high-quality delivery of finishes
• Maintain safety and quality standards on-site
• Liaise with site management and trades to resolve issues efficiently
• Ensure timely completion of finishing phases according to programme

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman/Supervisor on residential projects
• Strong knowledge of fit-out and internal works
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and meet deadlines
