Facade Manager – Residential project

Location: North Dublin | Residential Development | Tier 1 Contractor

Our client, a leading Tier 1 contractor, is seeking an experienced Façade Manager to lead façade delivery on a landmark €128 million residential project in North Dublin. With construction scheduled for approximately two years, this role offers the chance to take ownership of key packages on site and join a team where long-term engagement on future projects is actively supported.

Responsibilities:

In this site-based role, your key duties will include:

• Overseeing all aspects of façade installation, including curtain walling, cladding, and window systems
• Coordinating subcontractor teams and ensuring alignment with project specifications and safety standards
• Monitoring programme timelines, identifying potential delays, and implementing corrective measures
• Performing quality checks and maintaining thorough documentation for compliance and reporting
• Collaborating with the design team and project managers to resolve technical issues efficiently
• Driving health and safety performance in line with company policy and industry best practices

Requirements:

Ideal candidates will have:

• A degree or equivalent in Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline
• At least 3–5 years’ experience in façade management on large-scale construction projects
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and direct teams effectively
• Strong technical knowledge of building envelope systems and sequencing
• Competency in site record keeping and IT tools including DMS platforms
• A solutions-focused approach and the interpersonal skills to thrive in a dynamic team
