Quantity Surveyor – ICF Residential Projects

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Our client is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join their team on residential construction projects. This role involves both office and site-based responsibilities, with a strong focus on design coordination, procurement, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and circulate project drawings and specifications
  • Oversee ICF installation and coordinate with design teams
  • Place and finalize orders for blocks and ancillary products
  • Track project timelines, variations, and approvals
  • Attend and organize design and site meetings
  • Maintain accurate records of client comments, approvals, and design changes
  • Ensure access to up-to-date drawings and manage temporary works

Requirements

  • Qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field (Engineering/Architecture)
  • Site experience on residential projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Procore (or similar), and MS Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Full clean Irish driving licence.
