EHS Advisor – Residential Project

Location: Cork, Ireland

Industry: Civil & Building Construction

Type: Full-Time | Contract

Our client is currently seeking an EHS Advisor to support a residential construction project in Cork. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in health and safety and at least 2 years of experience on civil or residential projects.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor site-specific health & safety procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and safety briefings
  • Support the development of risk assessments and method statements
  • Deliver inductions and toolbox talks to site personnel
  • Ensure compliance with Irish safety legislation and company standards
  • Assist in incident reporting and follow-up

Requirements

  • Relevant third-level qualification in Health & Safety
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience on civil or residential construction sites
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and site practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and travel to site daily
