🏗️ Building Surveyor

Location: Dublin & Surrounding Areas
Salary: €50,000+ (DOE) + Company Car + Benefits
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

🔍 Role Overview

Join a leading insulation one-stop shop firm delivering energy upgrades across Dublin and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on surveying role focused on measuring homes, coordinating retrofit works, and ensuring smooth project delivery.

📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Survey homes referred by SEAI and other contractors to confirm insulation areas.
  • Liaise with contractors and SEAI to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Communicate with homeowners to explain upgrade works (e.g. window replacement, EWI, IWI, cavity wall insulation, heat pumps).
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted accurately for each job.
  • Manage the job lifecycle, coordinating between subcontractors, internal staff, and homeowners.
  • Oversee project progress and ensure snag-free completion.

🎓 Requirements

  • A few years’ experience in building surveying or a similar construction-related role.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Full EU driving licence required.
