Contracts Manager – Dublin

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a fast‑growing organisation in Dublin. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of high‑profile projects across Ireland and Europe, working with prestigious clients.

You’ll play a central role in driving project success, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while enjoying international exposure and clear career progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects end‑to‑end: Oversee contracts from design through completion, ensuring compliance and quality.
  • Drive efficiency: Manage budgets, procurement, and supplier negotiations to maximise value.
  • Plan & coordinate: Develop timelines, manage labour resources, and control long‑lead items.
  • Represent the business: Build strong client relationships and represent the company at meetings.
  • Ensure financial accuracy: Handle valuations, variations, invoicing, and approvals with precision.
  • Champion safety: Oversee site Health & Safety, liaise with advisers, and deliver RAMS documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively: Work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and technical support.
  • Deliver results: Prepare commissioning reports, oversee project close‑out, and ensure ISO compliance.
  • Expand horizons: Be available to travel and contribute to international projects.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong IT and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication – fluent in written and spoken English
  • Ability to read and interpret technical/construction drawings
  • Proven experience managing HVAC installations
  • Background in data centre projects is an advantage
  • Ability to multi‑task and deliver under strict deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working in multi‑functional teams
