Ward Personnel are recruiting for a Junior Site Administrator, who will support the smooth running of construction projects by assisting with daily administrative tasks, managing basic project documentation, and helping coordinate communication between office and site teams.

Pay: €27,500.00-€30,000.00 per year

Overview

Ward Personnel are recruiting for a Junior Site Administrator, who will support the smooth running of construction projects by assisting with daily administrative tasks, managing basic project documentation, and helping coordinate communication between office and site teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in construction administration, project coordination, and office support.

Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Administration

  • Assist with day-to-day office duties, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and maintaining supplies.
  • Provide general administrative support to site managers and project teams.
  • Help maintain organised records and site documentation.

Project Support

  • Support the flow of information between office and site teams.
  • Help track materials, deliveries, and basic project progress updates.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination tasks as needed.

Document & Compliance Support

  • Help maintain project files, compliance documents, and site diaries.
  • Assist in preparing and updating project-related forms and records.

Financial & Contract Administration (Entry-Level)

  • Support basic financial administration such as processing invoices and updating spreadsheets.
  • Assist with simple cost tracking tasks under supervision.
  • Help prepare payment documents and assist in liaising with contractors when required.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comfortable using computers, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar tools.
  • High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Interest in construction, project coordination, or office administration (previous experience is beneficial but not essential).
