Account Manager – Dublin

Ward Personnel is a leading recruitment agency with offices in Cork, Dublin, Copenhagen (Denmark), and Lublin (Poland), specializing in the construction, manufacturing, and M&E sectors.

Due to significant expansion, we are now seeking an Account Manager with Romanian & Russian Language for our Dublin office.

The successful candidate will:

• Be a dynamic, motivated individual with an outgoing personality and excellent people skills
• Be IT proficient
• Ideally have at least one year’s experience in an office-based role (experience in recruitment or sales is an advantage)
• Be eager to build a long-term career with us through hard work and dedication
• Have excellent attention to detail and pride in their work
• Possess strong written and spoken English and Russian/Romanian skills

Key responsibilities include:

• Placing construction staff with Ireland’s leading contractors
• Conducting candidate searches through advertising, database sourcing, headhunting, networking, and social media
• Carrying out telephone interviews and presenting suitable candidates to clients
• Managing timesheets to ensure timely weekly returns
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files and documentation
• Handling all administration related to the recruitment process
• Building long-term, trust-based relationships with candidates
• Developing strong client relationships to ensure Ward Personnel remains their recruiter of choice
