Ward Personnel is a Recruitment Agency with offices in Cork and Dublin who specialise in the construction sector. Due to significant expansion, we currently require a Part-time Administrator to join the team in our Cork office.
Due to the nature of the role, this is an in-person position and the working hours are from 08.00 – 17.30 Mon-Wed.
As this is a busy role in a fast-moving environment, the successful candidate will:
- Be a dynamic, highly-motivated individual who enjoys being challenged.
- Be very proficient with IT, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Have a high level of attention to detail.
- Be very comfortable working to tight deadlines.
- Have a desire to work hard to develop a long-term career in our company.
- Have a high degree of accuracy and take great pride in their work.
- Have excellent written & verbal communication skills and work well in a team environment.
The key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Ensuring all administration tasks within the recruitment team are carried out efficiently and accurately.
- Engaging with candidates on a daily basis to ensure strong and trusting relationships are formed.
- Managing the administration of candidate paperwork.
- Monitoring candidate qualification expiry dates on an ongoing basis and alerting candidates when required.
- Dealing with candidate queries and administration requests.
- Supporting the existing Operations Manager and Recruitment Consultants as required.
- Other general administrative duties.
- Building strong relationships with other staff.
- Dealing with people (other staff, candidates, clients, etc) in a professional, courteous and friendly manner whilst maintaining a positive approach.
