Role Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager who thrives in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment. This is a key role for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, architects, consulting engineers, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
– Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
– Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure design intent is met.
– Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality, safety, and programme adherence.
– Prepare and monitor project programmes, budgets, and resource plans.
– Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
– Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews with stakeholders.
– Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
– Ensure all documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements are met.
Candidate Profile:
– Proven experience managing construction projects in the €400k–€3M range.
– Background in fitout, residential, or heritage projects is highly desirable.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
– Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build effective working relationships.
– Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
– Proficient in project management tools and construction documentation.
– Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related trade.
