Our Client, a top building contrator, requires a Finishing Foreman for a building projects near Wexford town.

The candidate will be capable of overseeing finishing works to the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate finishing trades on-site.
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain strict compliance with pharmaceutical construction requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishing trades, including fit-out, carpentry, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong commitment to health & safety regulations.
• Immediate availability is essential.
• EU experience essential
