Finishing Foreman (Hospital Project) | Dublin | Immediate Start

We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman for an 8-week hospital project in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction professional with a strong background in healthcare environments and high-quality finishing works.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all finishing trades on site.
• Ensure works are completed to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee snagging, de-snagging and final handover activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress against programme.
• Maintain a safe and organised working environment.
• Liaise with site management, design teams and hospital stakeholders where required.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and healthcare standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on hospital or healthcare projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishing trades and quality control processes.
• Ability to drive programme and resolve site issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid Safe Pass and relevant site certifications.
• Available to start immediately.
