Finishing Foreman – Residential Scheme (Athlone)

Project Duration: 5 Years

Role Overview

We are hiring a Finishing Foreman for a major residential development in Athlone consisting of 570 units. This is a long-term project with a 5‑year timeline, offering stability and the opportunity to oversee high‑quality finishing works from early stages through handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all finishing works on residential units, ensuring high standards of workmanship
  • Coordinate and supervise trades on site
  • Manage daily site activities and ensure work is completed on schedule
  • Conduct quality checks, snagging, and ensure compliance with specifications
  • Liaise with Site Management, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential projects
  • Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain workflow
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to start within the next few weeks
