I’m currently leading recruitment efforts for various positions such as HVAC Site Supervisor, Project Manager, and Contract Manager for roles based in Germany, Sweden, and the Netherlands. These positions are for a leading company specializing in HVAC installations for industrial facilities, pharmaceuticals, and data centres.

Roles based in:

• Frankfurt, Germany.
• Gavle, Sweden.
• Groningen, Netherlands.

Site Supervisor Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervising site activities.
• Prepare Health & Safety documentation as per client’s requirements.
• Tracking clients programme to ensure we are in line with the project time frame.
• Managing resources and identifying skills sets required to carry out tasks.
• Identifying materials and equipment that may be required.
• Ensuring work is carried out accurately, following drawings and specifications.
• Ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate both site staff and subcontractors on site.
• Adhering to all Health & Safety policies on site and ensuring total compliance to these by our team of Engineers, General Ops and Apprentices.
• Ensure all aspects of the work carried out meet with contractual requirements and that the contract is delivered on time, within budget and of excellent quality.
• Installation to be followed as per manufactures installation guidelines.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate progress reports.
• Record daily activity task sheets for all site tasks.
• Communicating project progress to contracts director.

The Successful Candidate must be;

• 10–15 years experienced in HVAC/Air Conditioning/Electrical works.
• Refrigeration installations experience at least 5 years.
• Air-conditioning installations experience at least 5 years. Working on Mitsubishi equipment, CityMulti, Split systems, Daikin VRF and split systems.
• Has experience in using pipe benders from 3/8 up to 1-1/8 piping.
• Can read Mitsubishi or Daikin Schematics.
• Understands the pressure test process.
• Health & Safety, has IPAF, equivalent safe pass, manual handling, abrasive wheels etc.
• Very good English language (verbal and written)
• Customer focused in order to provide the best service possible.
