Joinery Manager – Dubai, UAE

Location: UAE

We are looking for an experienced Joinery Manager to lead and expand our client joinery operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have expertise in western joinery processes, business strategy, and financial management, with a proven track record in scaling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop and execute a business growth strategy.
✔ Oversee P&L management, ensuring financial sustainability.
✔ Manage factory operations, from procurement to production and installation.
✔ Lead and develop a high-performing joinery team.
✔ Ensure compliance with QHSE standards.
✔ Support business development and client relationships.

Requirements:

✅ 10+ years of senior-level joinery operations experience.
✅ Strong understanding of western joinery techniques & workflows.
✅ Expertise in financial planning & operations management.
✅ Leadership skills to build and scale a successful team.
✅ Willingness to relocate to the UAE if not already based there.
