Junior Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering (Renewable Energy, Water & Commercial Projects)

Location: Tipperary, with regular travel to sites

About the Role:

As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial success of our projects. Working closely with the Commercial Manager and project teams, you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple sectors while developing your skills in cost management and contract administration.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
• Support the management of project costs and financial reporting.
• Help with subcontractor procurement and contract administration.
• Monitor variations, valuations, and progress claims.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and progress within the civil engineering sector.
• Interest in renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure is a plus
