Are you starting your career in Quantity Surveying and looking for an opportunity to grow with a leading civil engineering contractor? We are seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team in Cork.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early‑career QS professional to gain hands‑on experience, mentorship, and exposure to major infrastructure projects.

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Assisting with cost estimates, tender preparation, and BOQs
  • Supporting measurement, take‑offs, and valuations
  • Helping manage project costs, variations, and progress claims
  • Assisting with subcontractor procurement and evaluation
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation and site records
  • Attending site meetings and liaising with project teams
  • Contributing to high standards of quality, safety, and environmental performance

What We’re Looking For 

  • Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying
  • 0–2 years’ experience
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office; QS software experience an advantage
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel to sites
