Summary

We are currently hiring a Site Administrator for one of our project sites in the Saxony region. Accommodation and transportation will be provided.

The successful candidate will be responsible for document control, project administration, and supporting the Engineering and Project teams to ensure all documentation and project processes are managed efficiently.

Pay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year

Job Description:

Site Administrator – Saxony Region

We are currently hiring a Site Administrator for one of our project sites in the Saxony region. Accommodation and transportation will be provided.

The successful candidate will be responsible for document control, project administration, and supporting the Engineering and Project teams to ensure all documentation and project processes are managed efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project documentation in line with quality and regulatory requirements
  • Use electronic document management systems
  • Check documents for compliance with project requirements
  • Issue documents, update registers, and manage incoming and outgoing documentation
  • Provide administrative support to Engineering and Project teams
  • Manage project filing and document handover processes
  • Review and update technical documents, manuals, and workflows
  • Distribute project-related documents to internal teams
  • Maintain accurate physical and digital records
  • Create templates and documentation for future use
  • Retrieve files and documents as requested by employees and clients
  • Support the smooth flow of documentation across the project and organisation

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, preferably with a contractor
  • Previous experience working with a construction/building contractor
  • Experience with document management systems
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Adobe
  • Ability to understand technical information and work effectively with Engineering and Project teams
  • Well organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good English and German is required
