Mechanical/HVAC Contract Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join their Data Centre projects in Northern Europe. You will oversee contract lifecycle management, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure project delivery on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead contract negotiations and manage amendments
  • Monitor compliance with contractual terms and local regulations
  • Liaise with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
  • Oversee project documentation, reporting, and change management

Project Timeline

  • Gävle, Sweden: Data Centre build – start July/August 2025, through February 2026
  • Helsinki, Finland: Data Centre expansion – start March 2026 onward

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in construction projects, especially Data Centres
  • Strong background in HVAC, mechanical, or HVAC ventilation systems
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure and communications networks
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder‐management skills
  • Professional command of English; Polish language skills a plus
