Mechanical/HVAC Site Supervisor – Munich, Germany

Location: Munich, Germany

Start Date: February 2026

Project Duration: 18 weeks (with potential extension to a second 12-month project)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Contract

We are currently recruiting a Mechanical/HVAC Site Supervisor for a high-profile project in Munich, starting in February 2026. The initial project runs for approximately 18 weeks, with the opportunity to transition to a second long-term build in the same location.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise ventilation duct installation and mechanical works on-site
  • Lead and manage the site team, setting a strong example
  • Plan and coordinate daily activities to meet programme targets
  • Ensure high standards of quality, health & safety, and compliance
  • Attend site meetings and liaise with project stakeholders
  • Handle site documentation and reporting
  • Maintain progress and keep the project on track

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proven experience in ventilation duct installation
  • Previous experience managing site teams
  • Strong computer and documentation skills
  • Ability to lead, plan ahead, and work proactively
  • Quality-focused with strong safety awareness
