Project Manager – Large-Scale Construction | Cork Region

Are you a seasoned construction professional ready to lead high-profile projects from concept to completion? We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of major builds across sectors such as pharmaceutical, life sciences, food & beverage, and commercial.

This is a site-based role in Cork, offering the opportunity to work on complex, large-scale developments with a collaborative and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Promote a positive health and safety culture across the site.
• Develop and manage detailed project programmes and short-term planning strategies.
• Drive quality assurance and compliance with specifications and procedures.
• Oversee procurement and subcontractor engagement aligned with project timelines.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure financial performance and reporting.
• Lead value engineering initiatives and product development.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders.
• Provide accurate reporting, forecasting, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years’ experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
