Project Manager – Multiple Residential Developments (Munster Region)

We’re looking for a driven Project Manager to take the lead on several residential developments across the Munster region- Limerick and Cork. The Opportunity

As Project Manager, you’ll oversee projects from early design through to handover, ensuring they’re delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You’ll be the central link between design teams, site operations, subcontractors, and senior management — keeping everything moving and everyone aligned.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading projects from early design through to handover, ensuring smooth, safe, high‑quality delivery.
• Coordinating design information, running workshops, and resolving issues before they hit site.
• Managing day‑to‑day site operations and keeping subcontractors, materials, and labour aligned with the programme.
• Driving safety and quality standards through regular inspections and proactive oversight.
• Liaising with authorities, certifiers, clients, and internal teams to keep progress seamless and transparent.
• Removing blockers, solving problems quickly, and maintaining project momentum.
• Supporting and mentoring junior engineers while promoting digital tools and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC).

What You Bring

• Experience managing construction projects, ideally residential or multi‑unit developments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and keep projects moving.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with digital construction tools and modern building methods is a plus.
