Project Manager – Residential Retrofit

Location: Dublin & Surrounding Areas
Salary: €55,000+ DOE + Company Car + Benefits
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Role Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading retrofit company delivering residential energy upgrade projects across Dublin and the surrounding areas.

This is a hands-on role where you will manage multiple projects from commencement through to completion, coordinating homeowners, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager

• Manage residential retrofit projects from commencement through to completion.
• Liaise directly with homeowners, providing clear information on scheduled works and project progress.
• Coordinate a range of energy upgrade works including:
  • Heat pump installations
  • Window and door replacement
  • External wall insulation
  • Cavity wall insulation
  • Internal wall insulation
  • Attic insulation
  • Ventilation upgrades
• Coordinate subcontractors, internal staff and homeowners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor programme, quality and progress across multiple live projects.
• Ensure company Health & Safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Maintain and update the company’s construction management system on a weekly basis.
• Manage snagging and ensure projects achieve a high-quality, snag-free finish.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with homeowners and contractors.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in Project Management, Site Management or a similar construction-related position.
• Strong construction knowledge, ideally with experience in residential, refurbishment, retrofit or energy upgrade works.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable dealing directly with homeowners and subcontractors.
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to maintain project records.
• Full EU driving licence.
