Our client is a leading mechanical HVAC company known for its commitment to excellence in designing, installing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, and with a strong dedication to quality and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a skilled Quality Manager to join our client team and to assist in ensuring that services meet the highest industry standards.

About the Role

Supported by the wider Project Management and Engineering teams, the Quality Manager will report to the Operations Director and will play a pivotal role in upholding our client reputation for exceptional quality and reliability. You will be responsible for overseeing and continuously improving quality management system to ensure the highest level of performance in all aspects of the Company’s operations.

 

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in quality management within the HVAC or mechanical engineering industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
  • Proficiency in quality management standards and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Quality Manager or similar accredited certification.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera P6, Microsoft Office).
