Residential Site Manager – Wicklow Town, Ireland

We are looking for an experienced Residential Site Manager to join our client team in Wicklow Town, Ireland. The project involves managing the completion of 90 residential units, which are already halfway through construction.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily site operations, ensuring work is completed to a high standard, managing subcontractors, and maintaining health and safety standards on site.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a challenging role and ensure the successful completion of a significant residential project.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management, coordination and monitoring of the site labour force and specialist subcontractors.
  • Assist the Project team to monitor progress to meet agreed programme targets.
  • Ensure works are delivered to the highest possible quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Work closely with supply chain and subcontractors to maintain positive relationships and culture on the ground.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Site management experience on residential projects in Ireland or the UK
  • Demonstrated ability to see projects through from start to finish
  • Previous experience working for a main contractor
  • From either a trades or professional background
  • The right to work in the EU
