Safety Advisor

Location: Office-based in Cork, with short-term travel to Dublin, Denmark & Switzerland

Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Direct Hire

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years

Sector: Construction / Engineering

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join their team in Cork. This is a permanent, full-time role offering excellent career development and international exposure.

Responsibilities

  • Support health & safety compliance across multiple project sites
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
  • Prepare safety documentation and reports
  • Attend site meetings and liaise with project teams
  • Promote a strong safety culture across all operations
  • Occasional short-term travel to project sites in DublinDenmark, and Switzerland

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Safety Advisor role
  • Experience on Irish or European construction projects
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Ability to lead by example and work independently
  • Willing to travel
  • Fluent English required
