We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Engineer to lead delivery on major residential projects in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward‑thinking team where your expertise will shape the future of modern living.

As Senior Engineer, you’ll take ownership of site management, technical coordination, and team leadership, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll play a key role in driving innovation, mentoring engineers, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead site operations: Oversee Health & Safety, compliance, and quality control across all project phases.
  • Technical oversight: Review design drawings, manage RFIs, and ensure timely resolution of design issues.
  • Programme management: Monitor schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and proactively address delays.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Build strong relationships with subcontractors, utility providers, and local authorities.
  • Value engineering: Identify efficiencies, challenge design, and drive cost‑effective solutions.
  • Team leadership: Mentor engineers, chair site meetings, and promote best‑in‑class delivery standards.
  • Customer focus: Uphold brand values and ensure a seamless client experience.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree qualification in Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record delivering projects to demanding time and quality targets
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Detail‑oriented, methodical, and proactive
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of outcomes
