The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

In this role, you will be a key contributor to one of the largest data centre developments in the Netherlands, a major hyperscale project located in Groningen. You will work alongside a high‑calibre consultancy team, engaging with top-tier clients and delivering world‑class cost management services on a project of significant scale and complexity.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • A relevant third‑level qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • 5+ years’ experience across diverse construction sectors
  • Proven construction‑stage Data Centre experience in Europe, ideally within a consultancy
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively manage projects and drive results
  • Experience in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects is advantageous
  • Local Amsterdam Data Centre experience — pre or post‑contract — acting as a CQS or PQS is a strong advantage
  • Chartered status or actively working toward chartership (ideal but not essential)
  • Strong client‑facing capabilities and relevant sector exposure
  • A motivated, diligent, detail‑oriented team player who consistently goes the extra mile
