Our client is a multi award-winning company and the leaders in the field of eco-friendly cryogenic cleaning technology and solutions. Working with some leading manufactures in Ireland across 10 different sectors, their use Dry Ice (solid carbon dioxide) to clean moisture-sensitive and abrasive-sensitive high value assets including stators, turbines, electrical distribution boards, process and production equipment, packaging equipment and much more.

We are looking for someone who has experience in working on industrial sites and is familiar with mobilizing to different locations as well as dealing with the challenges with site work. Someone who enjoys travel and working with people in a hands-on role. The successful applicant needs to be a practical, dynamic and responsible person who takes a proactive approach and is solutions driven.

The person who fills this role will share the responsibility for preparing, managing and coordinating field operations including:

  • pre / post job preparation,
  • working on-site together with a teams of blast operators,
  • ensuring we deliver high-quality service on time, within budget, and in line with procedures.

The role is field based with significant travel throughout Ireland multiple times a week & periodically UK throughout the year.

This role does involve an average of 4 nights away per month.

Purpose of Role:

  • To lead, manage, coordinate and work alongside other members of the Operations team. This is a hands-on role.
  • To delivery all aspects of our work on customers site.
  • Coordinate, organise, manage and deliver field based projects – on our customer’s sites
  • Work with our operations team to deliver high level performance and quality results for all our customers on all our projects throughout the island of Ireland and UK
  • Build on existing high-level relationships with our customers who are key decision makers and stakeholders
  • Ensure all projects are delivered in compliance with  Safety, Quality, and Code of Conduct

Role Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Operations – this means travelling with a team to site, leading the same team onsite, working alongside the team and ensure that every aspect of the job is completed in a safe way.
  • Managing all aspects of Health & Safety while on-site – this means for both our team and our customer.
  • Managing customer expectations and project progress
  • Driving vehicles and mobilizing equipment
  • Regular reporting following a job

Experience Required:

  • Must have on-site industrial based experience
  • Must have an amenable personality with a positive track record of dealing with teams
  • Must have experience with following procedures
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must have a full clean BE Drivers Licence
