The company is currently delivering works on a major regeneration project at Ballygrennan, Limerick, comprising a large-scale mixed-use development including:

• A new medical campus and healthcare facilities
• A nursing home development
• Residential units (housing and apartments)
• Retail and community infrastructure

This project forms part of a wider multi-phase investment designed to support economic growth and regeneration on the north side of Limerick.

SUMMARY OF ROLE:

Reporting to the Project Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and supervision of all engineering aspects on a large-scale Ballygrennan regeneration project.

The Site Engineer will play a key role in delivering infrastructure and building works associated with this multi-phase development, ensuring that all elements are completed safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a complex mixed-use scheme, incorporating civils, infrastructure, healthcare, and residential elements.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Setting out based on engineer’s drawings, including site surveys and as-built records
• Interpreting drawings for layouts, materials measurement, and sequencing of works
• Coordinating and liaising with subcontractors and all site personnel
• Planning and managing works to ensure programme targets are achieved on time and within budget
• Supporting the delivery of infrastructure works including roads, drainage, and utilities
• Managing and supervising service installations, including coordination with Uisce Éireann
• Liaising with client representatives and the Design Team as required
• Ensuring all works are delivered in line with quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Assisting with procurement and control of materials on site
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date site records
• Assisting the commercial team with measurement, reporting, and tracking of daily outputs
• Supporting the successful delivery of multiple phases across the development
