Our client, one of Ireland’s tier 1 building contractors, require an experienced Site Foreperson to join the construction team on a construction project in Ballysimon, Co. Limerick.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years experience working as a Foreperson with some pharmaceutical experience ideally. This role primarily consists of internal work from 1st fix phase onwards.

Your duties will include:

  • Organising the various professional people working on a project
  • Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
  • Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
  • Agreeing programme and delivering the project in accordance with same
  • Attending site meetings
  • Making sure the project is running in accordance to the programme and on budget
  • Ensuring an efficient construction site
  • Delivering projects with the highest quality
  • Working with the Health & Safety Department to ensure safe ensuring safe construction at all times

Requirements:

  • The successful Foreperson will have at least 4 years’ supervisory experience
  • Must be able to manage a team.
  • Previous pharma experience would be beneficial but not essential.

A strong remuneration package is available for the successful candidate.
