Site Foreperson

High-End Residential Construction

Our client is a well-established building contractor specialising in the delivery of bespoke, high-specification, multi-million-euro residential developments. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Foreperson to join their team.

This is an opportunity to work on some of Ireland’s most prestigious one-off homes, overseeing projects where quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are of the highest importance.

Key Responsibilities of the Site Foreperson

  • Manage and coordinate daily site operations.
  • Supervise direct labour, subcontractors, and site personnel.
  • Ensure works are completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate site logistics, materials, and plant requirements.
  • Monitor progress and resolve site issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a strong focus on health and safety compliance.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, design teams, and specialist subcontractors.
  • Ensure the highest standards of workmanship are achieved throughout all phases of construction.

Requirements of the successful Site Foreperson

  • Proven experience as a Site Foreperson within residential construction.
  • Experience delivering high-end or luxury residential projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of construction methods and sequencing.
  • Strong focus on quality control and health & safety.
  • Safe Pass and relevant construction qualifications.
  • Full driving licence.
