Site Manager – South Dublin

Ward Personnel is currently seeking experienced Site Managers for a number of high-profile construction projects across South Dublin, with an immediate focus on the Dundrum area.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading contractor delivering large-scale residential developments and play a key role in the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and project delivery.
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor project programmes and drive productivity on site.
• Maintain compliance with all health & safety procedures and company policies.
• Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate project stakeholders.
• Oversee quality control processes and manage project handovers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on large construction projects.
• Demonstrated track record delivering high-rise residential developments from construction through to handover.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain programme targets.
• Relevant construction qualifications and certifications.
