We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join a leading contractor delivering landmark projects in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of high‑quality construction developments, lead dynamic site teams, and make a lasting impact on some of Ireland’s most visually striking projects.

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring compliance, and fostering a strong site culture built on collaboration, safety, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead site operations: Manage and coordinate labour forces and specialist subcontractors on a daily basis.
  • Programme delivery: Monitor progress against agreed schedules, proactively addressing challenges to meet targets.
  • Quality assurance: Ensure all works are delivered to the highest standards of workmanship.
  • Health & Safety compliance: Uphold regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to drive success.

Candidate Profile

  • 7–10 years’ experience in Site Management
  • Background with a main contractor, ideally on large‑scale commercial or mixed‑use projects (pharma experience an advantage)
  • Third‑level qualification or trades background with excellent knowledge of construction trades
  • Strong organisational, delegation, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant IT tools
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to lead effectively
