Site Manager | Portlaoise, Co. Laois

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a prestigious private residential project in Portlaoise, Co. Laois.

This is a unique opportunity to lead the demolition of an existing dwelling and the construction of a bespoke, architecturally designed residence extending to approximately 4,500 sq. ft.

The Project

• Demolition of an existing house
• Construction of a new luxury private residence
• Approx. 4,500 sq. ft.
• High-end specification and premium finishes throughout
• Project duration of approximately 14 months
• Full responsibility for site delivery from commencement through to handover

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day site operations
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour
• Ensure programme targets and project milestones are achieved
• Maintain the highest standards of quality and workmanship
• Manage health and safety compliance on site
• Liaise with the client, design team, and project stakeholders
• Complete project reporting and site documentation using Procore
• Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with drawings and specifications

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential construction
• Demonstrated experience delivering high-end luxury residential projects
• Strong understanding of finishes, fit-out quality, and attention to detail
• Proficient in site management software and general IT systems
• Experience using Procore is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong knowledge of Irish construction regulations and health & safety requirements
• Ability to manage projects from demolition through to final handover
