Site Manager – Residential Development (40 Units)

Project: 40-unit housing development for Fingal County Council

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a live residential project in Dublin 11, delivering a 40-unit housing development on behalf of Fingal County Council.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established contractor on a high-quality residential scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations from groundworks through to handover
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure programme is adhered to
• Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and environmental compliance
• Liaise with design team, client representatives, and internal stakeholders
• Drive project delivery in line with timelines and budget
• Ensure all works are completed to the required specifications and standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential developments (housing projects essential)
• Strong track record delivering projects for local authorities or similar clients (advantageous)
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and site logistics
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Relevant tickets/certifications (Safe Pass, SMSTS or equivalent, First Aid, etc.)
