We’re hiring an experienced RC Frame Site Manager to join a leading Tier 1 contractor on a major mixed cost rental/social housing apartment development in Dublin 8.

This high-profile project comprises 542 units and is set to be a benchmark for quality and community impact. We’re looking for a driven professional with proven concrete frame experience to lead site operations and deliver excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee RC frame construction activities on-site
• Manage subcontractors and ensure safety, quality, and programme compliance
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Maintain accurate site records and reporting
• Drive progress and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

Ideal Candidate
• Strong RC frame experience on large-scale residential projects
• Proven track record with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively
• Health & Safety focused with a commitment to quality
