Site Manager – Medical Centre Fit-Out

Location: Santry
Start Date: Mid-January
Duration: 8 Months
Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the fit-out of a new medical centre. The site has been stripped out and is ready for commencement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure the project runs on schedule.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and liaise with electrical and mechanical contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and report regularly to the project team.

Project Scope Includes:

  • Installation of a PET scanner
  • RC frame construction
  • New roof and walls
  • Partitions and 56 internal doors
  • 5 bathrooms (including disabled bathrooms)
  • Coordination of electrical and mechanical packages

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing fit-out projects, ideally in healthcare or commercial settings.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme timelines.
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality control.
