Site Manager – RC Frame, Blockwork & Internals
Location: Shankill, South Dublin
Tier 1 Contractor | 400-Unit Apartment Development | 3 Blocks

We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a Tier 1 contractor on a landmark 400-unit residential development in Shankill, South Dublin. The project spans three blocks and includes a mix of RC frame, blockwork, and high-spec internal finishes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on a major build, working with a contractor known for delivering excellence and fostering a strong site culture.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day site operations across RC frame, blockwork, and internal fit-out phases
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure programme, quality, and safety targets are met
• Liaise with project teams, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
• Maintain site records, progress reports, and compliance documentation
• Drive productivity and resolve site issues proactively

Ideal Candidate
• Proven experience managing RC frame, blockwork, and internals on large-scale residential projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor experience preferred
• Excellent understanding of construction sequencing and site logistics
• Health & Safety focused with a commitment to quality delivery
